Meet us on the beach for our morning yoga class at North Gulf Shore Beach Access, also known as Seagate Beach. When you come to the end of the walkway, you’ll usually find us to the left, on the south side. If we’re not there, we are on the north side of the walkway.

Yoga on the beach is a perfect way to connect with nature while taking care of your body and mind. Beginners are welcome - yoga is gentle and easily modified for all-levels.

Bring a beach towel, some water, and an open-mind.

There is parking on either Gulf Shore (beach pass or hourly meter) or Seagate (beach pass or daily fee) and a quick path down to the beach. Once you reach the sand, we'll be set up off to one side - look for the towels and call or text if you don't see us (603.562.9666).

*IMPORTANT NOTE: In the case of red tide causing respiratory irritation on the beach, we will move our class to the sand beach at Sugden Regional Park (which is on a lake).
