Hey guys! I'm Jen Wyatt, founder of Wander Free Wellness. I'm a certified yoga instructor passionate about combining all things yoga & wellness with nature, adventure, and travel.  It's my goal to facilitate self-discovery and holistic wellness of mind, body, and spirit through yoga classes, yoga hikes, workshops, events, and retreats.

 

What is a Free Wanderer?

  • Free wanderers live with a deep curiosity for the world around them and crave new experiences

  • Free wanderers have a desire to wander off "the path" most traveled and forge their own; they don't fit neatly inside a box

  • Free wanderers crave freedom - they are free to be their truest selves, free from editing and conforming to what other's deem "normal"

  • Free wanderers want to feel like the best versions of themselves, and fuel their lives with mindfulness, healthy habits, getting into nature, adventure, and travel
